Commonly used to help keep relationships strong, lovers faithful, & in purification work. Saltpetre is an activator that can assist in helping incense burn more easily. Will crackle & cause small sparks to ignite – which some people find pleasing to the eye. Potassium Nitrate does omit an odor that some people dislike. Be sure to burn in a well-ventilated area/outdoors. Typically added in a ratio of 1 part Saltpetre to 10 parts dried herbs/resins to start. Then adjust your recipe accordingly for future batches.
